1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our web application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit third‑party intellectual property without the express authorisation of the respective holder.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, which regulates the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in Singapore.
8. Payments
Payments made to or by us are, if applicable, subject to billing or payment arrangements, statutory taxes (including GST), and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or refuse payments where required by law, regulatory guidance, or fraud prevention protocols. All transactions may, if applicable, be subject to audit, verification, and compliance checks under the Payment Services Act 2019, the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, and the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Respect for Authority
We respect lawful authority and comply with enforceable directives in jurisdictions where we are legally subject—such as where we are incorporated, registered, maintain a physical or operational presence, or have received binding legal notice from a competent authority. In such cases, we implement service-level modifications to align with applicable laws, including restricting or adapting features as required. We do not voluntarily enforce directives from jurisdictions where we are not subject, and all compliance-driven changes are documented, versioned, and disclosed to stakeholders where appropriate.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Singapore under the Arbitration Act 2001, with proceedings conducted in English.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
